- Member Eligibility: Open to all registered METV and NON-METV members.
- Entry Requirements: Present a valid membership ID at the registration counter.
- Active Participation: Arrive early to ensure a quorum for official voting and decisions.
- Event Materials: Official reports will be distributed upon registration.
